Measurment of Male and Female

Hello friends,
You have to be a fashion designer?So atfirst you have to know measurment of object/model.we will talk about measurment of BLOUSE( female wear).
You have to know female measurmet of upper position.For example--chest,shoulder,put,arm-hole,waist,full length of blouse,back nack  and front neck,sleevslength and round etc.
We think chest is 34 so cutting calculate will be  1/4 of 34+ease(as you wish 1/2 inch/1/2)+seems1/2
=8 and1/2+1+1/2=10 and1/2.
same as cal culculate waist.But shouler will be 1/2 of shoulder.Given blow a calculate chart.
SAY YOUR MEASURMENT 32 SIZE BLOUSE 
Chast(dont forget not bust)-----36 1/4of chest+1+1/2
Arm hole--------------------------1/4 of chest-3 inch(9-3=6)
Full length-------------------------13+1/2(seems)
Put----------------------------------2/3/
Back neck-----------------------10(or remaining 4")
Waist( we use upper waist)----28 so 1/4 waist +1+1/2
sleeves round--------------------11+1/2
sleeves length--------------------6/5/7 may be
front neck------------------------remaining 8/7/6( according to customar)
